Humphreys Capital, a leading real estate investment company, today announced that Humphreys Fund I, LLC (“Fund I”) has reopened to Accredited Investors, effective January 1, 2020. New for 2020, some investors can access Fund I via various alternative investment custodial platforms. The annual offering will remain open until selling out, but no later than June 30, 2020.
As it has since its 2012 formation, Fund I will continue to focus on investments in the multifamily, industrial, office and retail sectors in high-growth cities across the Southeast and Southwest United States. The investment team will seek opportunities in long-term buy-and-hold real estate in prime locations, established properties offering stabilized cash flow with potential for value-add, and infill development in proven submarkets. As of September 30, 2019, Fund I has a portfolio of 67 assets with a property value of more than $550 million. Cash distributions from the fund have increased on a nominal basis each year since its formation, and investors in the fund have experienced a 14.5% net IRR since inception. The minimum initial investment for Fund I is $500,000.
