Nathan Gee

Controller

Nathan Gee is the Controller for Humphreys Capital. In this role, he oversees the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for the firm and its managed funds, as well as ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial information in accordance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.

Nathan spent the first six years of his career at Ernst & Young in the assurance practice, where he served a diverse mix of public and private clients in the energy, healthcare, and financial services sectors. He joined Humphreys Capital in 2023.

Nathan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 2017. He has been an active Certified Public Accountant in Oklahoma since 2018.

He and his wife, Lauren, live in Edmond, Oklahoma.
